In todays session at Colridge, as a class we were briefed on what the show project was about and also what it would involve us doing in the next few weeks in the run up to half term which is our deadline for the completion of our show project.
The show project is split up into various separate tasks, which are shown below:
Research the ways in which creative practitioners present their work to audiences and how these methods have developed over time, particularly through the use of technology. (7 marks max)
Take a specific role as part of the team to create one minute webisodes of a new online tv microseries. (12 marks max)
Plan and run a marketing campaign for the microseries, designing strong promotional materials. (10 marks max)
Keep to schedule and produce everything on time and to a high standard, including full risk assessments (max 14 marks)
Research the audience response to your show and marketing and produce a systematic evaluation of their response (max 10 marks)
Keep a detailed record of your progress throughout the project on your blog and in an ongoing diary (This counts towards each of the sub-marks)
There are seven further marks allocated by the teachers for our observation of your participation throughout the project.
