Once I had organised a 'To-Do' list I set each person in my group their own individual or group task, shown below is whom I asked to do each task:
Model release forms (For auditions) (Mike)
Request form (Tara)
Camera Equipment - For audition (Tim)
Confirm everything is ok for the auditions i.e: check room is free, and that the camera is available (Myself)
Script / lines (for auditions) (Mike)
CDFilms Ident (Dave)
Character Profiles (For audtitions) (Mike & Tim)
Find Bands / music (Alie & Sam)
Risk Assesment (Tara & Tim)
I believe that this mornings half of the production (pre-audition set up / organisation) went very smoothly and every one managed to get each task completed on time, which was very good, and meant that we could process at a much faster rate, which was also a positive aspect because during the afternoon we had to set up / film the auditions for the characters for our webisode seres 'Lines'.
