Audience research (Episodes 1,2,3)

After looking back at episode 3 and the comments that we have received as-well as the views, I can see that we have received 2 comments and 217 views on episode three of 'lines'. I believe that this is not as high as I first expected it to be. I believe that my first thoughts of the views going up was incorrect after looking back at the views for episode 2 & 3 compared with episode 1.

Overall I believe the reason why the views are not as high as episode 1 for episodes 2 & 3 is most likely to be the fact that people have lost interest with our show, but I am sure that the views will pick up gradually over time. Also another reason why our views may not be very high, is possibly because we have under-publicized episodes 2 & 3 compared with episode 1. We could of published the posters around on other websites such as face punch where there are many viewers / users who could of potentially become fans of the lines web series by now.

Audience research (Episodes 1,2,3)

I have looked at the comments we have received on all our episodes and I have then placed them comments into wordle. Is a website which makes art out of words.

Here is the wordle image for episode 1:

Here is the wordle image of episode 2:

I was unable to create a wordle image for episode 3 because there has not been any comments (this is probably due to the fact that episode 3 has only been online for few days, and it will take a while for comments to generate)

Here is a screen shot to show that we have received 0 views on episode 3:

Audience research (Episodes: 1,2,3)

I have looked into the views we have received for all of our episodes and I have placed this information into graphs.

Shown below is a table which I created in order to show the amount of views we have received between the dates of (21st January - 31st January) (On all lines episodes)

(Data from youtube)

Shown below is a pie-chart which shows the different places, where people have viewed our lines episodes:
