As a group we have prepared 2 majour documents for tomorrows discussion, which were:

Another very important form which was completed ready for tomorrows discussion was the request form for the equipment we are going to use in tomorrows group discussion.
This evening I have contacted 2 cast members and invited them to come along to the discussion, so far I have had a reply from one of the cast members whom is Elliot, unfortunatly Angelica has not texted me back so I am unsure as to weather she will be attending the discussion or not.
After a brief discussion with Mike he informed me that Cathrine would be coming to the discussion, so this is good, as the group did decide that 2-3 cast members and 2-3 fans from facebook would be good for the discussion, in order to recieve a wider range of feedback.
As for Facebook fans / other people other than the cast, I am unsure as to weather there will be Facebook fans attending, but before 12.20 tomorrow I will enusre that I have spoken to the other membersi n the group to make sure that everything is organised prior to the actual discussion, things such as people attending the discussion and equipment for it are very important to the overall success of the discussion, so I will do my very best in order to make sure the group is organised and that every thing is ready for the discussion.
Once in the discussion I will continue to try my best to keep everything running smoothly and ensure that everyone speaks their opinions / views, but of course I MUST keep in mind the time scale which we have to work within which is unfortunatly only 45/50 mins which of course is a very tight time to stick to, but I am confident that if the group works together then we should be able to get the discussion completed on time, and therefore collect some very good feedback from it.
My task after the meeting tomorrow is to listen to the audio feedback from the zoom mic, I will then type up the audio feedback onto the main group blog and my own personal blog, I will then evaluate the feedback we have recieved, during the discussion.
I will organise roles / tasks for people to do during tomorrows lesson at 1:05, I have a rough idea of what people in the group will be doing but I am not 100% sure as to weather they will have other things to do or not and to weather they will have to edit the footage from the discussion etc, it also depends on weather we are working on this project tomorrow or another one, which of course would mean that our attention will be diverted from this 'Lines' work for the show unit and instead we will be focused on another project.
