Focus group discussion

At the start of todays session, I was informed by Matt and Mike that the times for the focus group discussion were changed from 12.20 too 1.05. This was a problem at first but I worked on organizing the group ready for the new session which was now at 1:05. After discussion with Nick (Teacher) he was ok with the new plan but was slightly annoyed when we informed him of the changed plan.

In order to get everything organized I have done the following things:

Informed everyone in the group of the new time (1.05) (Myself)

Made sure new request forms were completed ready for the new time / focus group discussion (Tara)

Made sure that everyone was briefed about the discussion (people who are attending) Also make sure that they ALL sign model release forms (Mike)

Scout for new location / room (Me and mike)

Once request form is completed ask Tim and Sam to prepare equipment (Zoom Mic and Hd camera)

Sorted out my laptop and took it to the room (so that they could view the episodes) (Myself)

During the focus group discussion today people have done the following things:

Sam - Recorded audio with zoom mic (for transcript)

Tara - Question prompter

Mike - Question Prompter

Tim - Camera operator

Matt - Photographer

Myself - Chairman (Minutes)
